Love is the central story of our body. Love is born, grows, is wounded, cared for to start again in its movement. Why is it important to dance? To soften not only: muscles and joints, but also our emotions. Remove the sense of loneliness, increase membership, motivate dialogue and this is a pleasure, increases awareness of the body and how to have a closer look and pleasant to ourselves. We dance to share the joy of regaining our body through free movements.

We will dance together:

1st Meeting – FLUIDITY –
Alignment with harmony. Through gentle dances, joint articulation, help the body to discover the sensations of pleasure. These dance sensations are given in part, by spontaneous muscular vibrations, subtle dances that have the characteristic of flowing. Everything comes from free and natural movement.

2nd Meeting – ENERGY – Vigor – vitality and strength. I feel my body!
How to feel the body? Do I have more energy or less energy? Help the body recognize its resources. Use breathing to get in connection with the muscles until you get into the articulations. Through the more conscious breathing and the dances bring the body to recover its natural energy.

3rd Meeting – THE ART OF THE BODY – OBSERVING – LEARNING – SHOW FRIDA KAHLO (date to be decided)
Observe our body without prejudice, accepting, recognizing our qualities. Together try to know the story of Frida Kahlo, his challenges and his victories. Observing is a self-encouragement.
This new activity, going to visit the exhibition of Frida, can create in the partners another richness, a stimulus regarding their physical situation. Coming out and getting to know the arts together reinforces self-esteem and bond with the group. Subsequently the Sambaterapia proposes the experience of what they perceived of the exhibition through the dances.

4th – SOMETHING IS CHANGED: BONES, MUSCLES and ARTICLES
How to feed the body by dancing? Feeling how we feel in the structure of our body. Try new movements, dances that can contribute to a decrease in stress to nourish not only our emotions but also our bones, muscles and joints. Welcome the body.
